The Ballyphehane Community Centre is an ideal meeting venue offering a diverse selection of meeting and conference rooms, in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. There is ample parking on site and easy access to public transport.

Our meeting facilities cater for 2 to 500 people, offering free Wi-Fi and the use of our LCD projectors. Most meeting rooms have natural daylight.

Whatever your event, our team is at hand to make you feel completely at home and to ensure your event runs smoothly.

Pearse Suite

The Pearse Suite is suitable to hosting medium sized events such as launches, seminars, training courses, or meetings. It caters for between 2 and 70 people depending on the room setup.  The suite is lit with natural light and offers separate access from the main entrance, if required.  The room dimensions are 55ft x 38ft.   

The suite will be tailored to suit your specific requirements, including;

  • Complimentary use of one flip chart
  • Wi-Fi
  • Projector (on request)
  • Screen
  • Separate kitchen area

Connolly Suite

This space is very popular for hosting small seminars, community social gatherings, small training workshops, or medium sized meetings.  The room caters for between 2 and 40 people depending on the room setup.  The dimensions are 35 ft x 22½ ft.  Facilities of the room include;

Ceannt Suite

This space is very popular for small meeting groups, facilitating between 2 and 20 people depending on the room setup.  The dimensions are 20¼ ft x 16ft.  Facilities of the room include;

Joe Murphy Suite

This rooms is suitable for social meetings, small training courses or small meetings.  The room caters for between 2 and 30 people depending on the room setup.  The dimensions are 20¾ ft x 18½ ft.  Facilities of the room include;

Multi-purpose Hall

This is where we cater for conferences, big events and meetings and the hall can facilitate up to 500 people. The dimensions of the hall are 89ft x 60ft.   In addition, a wide range of sporting organisations use it for classes, training, and competitions on a weekly basis.  Tables and chairs, PA system, projectors and flip charts are all available.
